We started with computer repair and that is still the heart of the place. Laptop and desktop service, SSD and RAM upgrades, Windows setup and data recovery are our main work. Mobile sales, mobile service and accessories are handled at the same counter, because the neighbourhood asked for them.
We are not a showroom and we do not try to be. You talk directly to the person who will open your laptop. If a repair is not worth the money, we say so. If a part can be cleaned instead of replaced, we clean it. If an SSD will do more for you than a new machine, we tell you that too — even though it is the smaller sale.
Every device that comes in gets a written job sheet with its serial number, its condition and what we are going to do. Every device that goes out gets an itemised bill with the warranty written on it. That is the whole system, and it is what brings people back.
